What to send us
If you skip La Fachada and message us cold, the fastest reply happens when you include:
- Timing: when you want to buy
- Budget range in COP (or an approximate USD figure — we will convert)
- Neighborhood preference, or ask us to recommend
- Purpose: live in it, rent it out, both, visa-driven, retirement
- Anything unusual: pets, parking need, must-haves, hard nos
Without those five pieces, we usually have to ask them anyway — leading with them saves a day.
Please do not send us sensitive documents up front. Passports, financial statements, visa applications, and similar — those go to the broker or the lawyer, not to us. We do not need them to make an introduction.
